As well as the consultancy described above, we are able to represent you in civil disputes. We specialize primarily in real estate disputes and disputes arising from contractual obligations (purchase agreement, lease agreement, etc.).

For over 10 years, Petr Dvořák has been providing legal services primarily to real estate agencies. In addition to real estate law, he focuses on civil and commercial obligations, corporate law, and assists with the merger or division of business corporations. However, he will also be happy to represent you in commercial and civil disputes. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in 2009, and has been an attorney at law since 2012.

Petr Křiváček specializes in real estate law and has been helping with the legal agenda of a major development company operating on the Czech market for several years. His clients also include real estate agencies. He also deals with corporate law, civil and contractual relations, and represents his clients in commercial, civil, and labor matters. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in 2010 and has been an attorney at law since 2015.

Contact usThe price of the packages does not include any out-of-pocket expenses, for example administrative fees to the cadastral office, translations, etc. If it is necessary to communicate in a foreign language or if it is a real estate transfer requiring longer than is usual in the given situation, we will prepare the price for you individually.
The prices for our legal services range from 1,800 to 2,500 CZK without VAT. The level of the hourly rate depends upon the difficulty of the case or the necessity of communication in a foreign language. We will always clarify the price with you at the beginning of the cooperation.
