Petr Dvořák

Petr Dvořák graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in 2009 and during this time he spent a year studying law at a German university in Bayreuth. As a law undergraduate he gained legal experience at one Prague law firm. Once he had completed his legal traineeship at a Prague firm practising general law at which he provided legal services to Czech and German clients, he became a lawyer in 2012.

He provides legal services in Czech and German.

Based on his long-term legal services provided to real estate agents in his professional training and practice, he specialises in real estate law.

He also specialises in civil law and law of commercial obligations, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, insolvency law, family law, providing representation in commercial, civil and labour law cases, litigations and arbitrations.

Petr Křiváček

Petr Křiváček graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in 2010. After completing a four-year legal traineeship at a Prague firm practising general law, he became a lawyer in 2015.

He provides legal services in Czech and English.

In his legal training and practice he has come to specialise in real estate law gaining a wealth of experience in this area when working with several reputable real estate agents and when providing legal services for a prominent developer company operating on the Czech market.

He also specialises in civil law and law of commercial obligations, corporate law, providing representation in commercial, civil and labour law cases, and has experience in administrative and administrative judicial proceedings. This does, of course, include debt recovery and representation in execution proceedings.
